  Related to a previous origination that has been returned by the receiving bank or ACH Operator.

• Dishonored Return

  Related to a previous return, that has been dishonored by the receiving bank or ACH Operator.

• Contested Return

  Related to a previous dishonored return, that has been contested by the receiving bank or ACH Operator.
